I downloaded this app and made an account just to write a review for this place. The only time I will ever go back to zoes kitchen is to pick up the refund that they owe me. Today was my last time in there due to terrible service. I got home and my order was wrong for the fifth time with them. I honestly can't believe that it's even possible to get someone's order wrong that many times. It's a shame because when my order is correct the food is excellent. Sigh... If someone from zoes kitchen sees this you need to sit down with your team and let them know that just because an order is to-go that doesn't mean don't pay attention or care about what you are doing. Unfortunately, I won't be back.
