  • As much I as I wanted to give this place a one star - I simply couldn't just because of the fact that the owner was "kind" enough to donate the use of lanes (not the shoes) to the foundation/cause that I attended this Sunday evening. Folks! All the negative reviews are all very much true about the staffs and the service. As long as you don't have to deal with the Staffs i.e. front desk, bar area - you'll most likely enjoy your time. But as soon as you require any assistance or perhaps need to order food/drinks etc. your time spent dealing with them may end up being very unpleasant. As one of the reviewer mentioned - they absolutely require an ID to order an alcoholic beverage - you could be 90 years old and they will still insist you on showing an ID. So, make sure to bring an ID if you plan on getting something to drink at the Bar. Also they do have a minimum amount required if you plan on using a credit card... and they do make a big fuss about that too. Few of the group tickets purchased for the event included a Pitcher of Beer and a large Pizza. However, the organizers were told that they don't do pitcher for "non-league" events. So, instead we got 4 individual Beer which was fine. As for the Pizza - they ran out after the first 2 order. The staff from the bar simply said - We don't have any Pizza.. that's it. No Sorry.. No Explanation... No options offered. So, after going back and forth with the event organizer - the staffs decided to run out and get some ready made crust and serv that instead. Our group of 4 decided to place our order and were told that one of the staff will bring the pizza to our lane. We waited and waited.. by then 2 hour bowling event was abruptly stopped because the bowling league was supposed to start in 30 minutes. So, we decided to head back to the bar to check on our pizza but were told that the pizza was already served and that he can't do anything about it and has nothing to do about it. Once again, No apology.. no explanation... nada. It's not like they were giving those for free... everything was accounted and paid for in full by the event organizers. By then, we just wanted to get the hell of that place and not have to deal with any of the staff. The charity event itself was fun. Met some new friends.. and most of all the proceed were going towards a good cause of educating under-privileged girls. Seemed like most of them had a pretty good time except that everyone I spoke to were not so happy with how the staffs treated them. So, if you plan on doing some sort of event. Think again ... there's plenty of other places that would offer a better deal...and most importantly a better service.
