  • Not sure how this place has garnered such great reviews but I visited one time when the place first opened with a few girlfriends and it was terrible! I opted for a gel manicure and regular pedicure, one of my girlfriends chose an acrylic French manicure and the other went with a traditional manicure. My nails were average, nothing special but my girlfriend's simple manicure was horrible! The polish wasn't smooth and the technician was extremely sloppy, we complained and they attempted to resolve the issue but it still looked like a two year old painted her nails. My other girlfriend was furious over the price of her full set, in which they only shaped her nails and applied acrylic. No filing, no buffing, no real care went into her service. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they were patient and receptive over our complaints and were quick to admit that they had done a terrible job! I've never been back since and would never step foot in this establishment again. It seems as though they may have improved based off the reviews but I would rather spend my money at Sweet Nails or Highland Nails, as they are consistently reliable, efficient and in the same vicinity.
