A dealer here tried to sell me a vehicle that was listed for $8410 with a $100 off incentive so actually listed for $8310 online, for $10,000. Gilberts car tax is 7.8 percent and would have brought the price up to $8941.58. I inquired how this math did not add up because it wouldn't cost over $1000 dollars to register the vehicle and he absolutely refused to show me the math. He seemed baffled that I could do math and called him out on his bogus numbers that were higher than the list price The dealer then stated " it doesn't matter that my offer was more than the car was listed for, because it's out of your price point anyway". If I had agreed to that price point I would have bought the vehicle over the marked price and that would have constituted as auto fraud. An offense that is subject to a lawsuit.
I have already contacted Kia for the CEO of the horne auto groups contact information so that I can request his termination for the unethical treatment I was subjected to today.
Absolutely do NOT shop here.
