  • got a remote start for christmas and i was assured that it was all i needed for my vehicle from where i purchased it. Contacted Joe to install it and from what he could tell it was all i needed as well. got there and turns out i didn't need it at all and would just complicate things. Joe had quoted for just under 2 hours of labor. it ended up being a 4 hour job as he had never worked on a kia optima with push start before. he kept me in the loop every step of the way. and still only charged me the 2 hours he quoted me and chalked it up to learning a new vehicle. if i ever need anything done to a vehicle again i will definately go back to Joe.
