Well, I just finished a month of the "new student special," and Pure Barre is as good as they say! I do running and yoga frequently, so I was sure this workout would fairly easy. WRONG! I was challenged every moment. To be honest, I had no idea what was happening for the first 7-10 classes, but the instructors are all so encouraging! Crystal and Veronica were particularly helpful.
My best advice is to just keep going, and you will get the hang of it!
