  • I bought a sectional here that I thought I would love. I'm sorry to say that I didn't. Actually the piece of furniture was great, it's the color that I hated. After having it for a couple of weeks I finally gave in and called Sofa Mart. I spoke with Michael and V. They both assured me that I could in fact return the sofa and start the process all over again. I'm now awaiting my new sofa in a new fabric choice all while getting to keep the bad decision until it arrives. I couldn't be happier with their customer service and professionalism. I vow to make more purchases from them in the future!! Thanks V!!!
