  • Walked in with beautiful thick brown hair. Just wanted a simple hombre. Left with THICK chunks of blond next to thick chunks of dark and a defined line of demarkation and THREE different hues of blond. The brightest of which was next to the roots and darkest at the ends (opposite of how it should be) I look like I got 90's highlights and let them grow out. When I called to get my hair fixed stating I did not feel comfortable going to the same stylist I was given to a manager who proceeded to guilt me into going to the same stylist. I told her I didn't feel comfortable, I didn't feel listened to, I didn't feel like she was able to understand or give me what I wanted. Why would I go back to some one who didn't just make a small mistake, it's a whole head of a mess up? And why as a manager would you pressure me to do so. I would rather pay someone competent to fix it than to go back to someone clearly unable or unwilling to know the simplest parts of their craft.
