  • I decided to try Satin Med Spa laser hair removal after they put out a deal on Living Social (or was it Groupon...). In any case, I had tried laser hair removal before and didn't get results at all. (From Sona Med Spa). Now, I do have darker skin, so I am aware that it is more difficult to get results for me. I do have to say though, that after only 1 treatment at Satin Med Spa, I saw a 50% reduction, and after 2, probably a 80% reduction. Today was my last treatment and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the results. The reason I only gave them 4 star instead of 5 was that there is just some room for improvement in taking people on time and being cognizant that when people show up for an appointment (especially during business hours) they are working around their job and meetings for work and it is never ok to not be on time (plus or minus maybe 10 minutes). I only had an issue with their punctuality on my first appointment, so I scheduled both subsequent appointments for after work hours and both started on time plus or minus 5 minutes. The person who did the laser treament was also great and most of the reason why I gave them a 2nd chance for a better review (pictured 2nd from right). Also at my 2nd appointment, I told her where additional attention was needed and she hit the area almost perfectly - I saw very little additional growth in that area. So overall I am satisfied and would recommend this company to a friend.
