  • Brought my truck in to get a diagnosis of a bad coolant leak. They wanted to charge almost $400 in just labor to replace a coolant reservoir and said I needed a throttle body service for $149.95. Don't need a throttle body service, and I bought the parts from their parts department and saved myself about $550 to do the work myself. Went to pick up my truck and they had a miscellaneous fee of over $30. They couldn't give me an answer as to what it was for and took it off. I ended paying $15 less than what I was told for the diagnostic and to retrieve the door code (it's a used truck). Just goes to show they don't have an ethical way of doing business and try to overcharge people that don't know any better. Won't be bringing either of my ford vehicles to this dealership as this was the first time I've dealt with the service department. Shout out to the parts department though, always treated right and taken care of very well by those guys.
