  • I'm a Jamerican who was visiting Canada for work and decided to find a spot to grab a patty. The patties in Chicago are pretty awful and I had tasted patties that someone brought back from Toronto. I checked out Golden Patty on Yelp and read through the reviews. Golden Patty is OK, could be better. The price was decent, I paid about $30 for two dozen various patties. I've had better, but it was still better than what I have access to in Chicago... Also, side note if you're a non-Canadian visitor, make sure you have cash. Apparently they only accept debit cards (Canadian only) as an alternative payment option.
