  • Boy oh boy, what a fun time I had in Scottsdale and how exciting is it to open up my yelp app to figure out where to go for breakfast. I came across a few places and this place really stood out by the sheer number of reviews and also this godly Corned Beef Hash dish that I knew instantly, "I must have this, now!" The four of us showed up and were seated quickly. Our lovely waitress, who must have been from the South originally, couldn't have been friendlier and made us feel instantly welcome. We ordered the necessities, coffee and fresh orange juice. Next we gave her our order of the corned beef hash, a couple orders of breakfast enchiladas, and some biscuits and eggs. We planned on sharing everything. Any meal, with my fellow familial diners, is never uneventful and naturally, someone knocked over a glass of orange juice sending us panicking for the hills as this delicious nectar was everywhere, literally everywhere. The waitress and some other staff quickly came over and cleaned it up and even gave this fellow mistaken-prone diner, a new glass. This little gesture meant so much in my book and I really appreciated the fact that they replaced something that wasn't their fault. So the food comes and it is everything I was expecting. The breakfast enchiladas were delicious, maybe needed a little something I can't quite put my finger on but it was, without a doubt, very delicious. The star of the meal and probably the restaurant was the Corned Beef Country Style Hash. It was SO AMAZING. I wanted more and thinking about it now, waiting for my coffee in the coffee press, and staring at plain yogurt on my desk makes me want that meal now more than ever. With roasted potatoes, huge chunks of corned beef, and then just the right amount of rosemary, this was one of my favorite breakfast dishes, other than eggs benedict. I absolutely recommend locals and out of towner's alike to visit this place if you haven't already and take advantage of the great service and delicious breakfast food. I hope I get the chance to visit again! Take care & savor it up!
