  • Worst guest service ever. I'd give them a zero star if possible. I bought a carpet shampooer that was missing parts and they refused to return it because the box had been opened. No shit the box has been opened. So I guess to all future target customers make sure you use your X-ray vision when you buy stuff or they won't accept it as a return because you opened it already
