| - We have been bringing our pets here for about 4 years. The pros: In addition to the clinic owner and one long time doctor, the staff is young, bright, enthusiastic doctors who come to Las Vegas shortly after completing their education to get great experience. The clinic is convenient to the Buffalo/Charleston area, flexible hours 7 days a week, and they take appointments and walk-ins. Also very reasonably priced and you don't get heavy-handed upselling of extra procedures. Very reasonable vaccines and exam fees.
My only complaint and "con" and why I give it 4/5 is that once these amazing young doctors gain 1-2 years of experience here, they leave. Some start their own practices in the area, others are from out of state and move back home to start their own practices. Yup, I guess I have separation anxiety and don't deal with breakups well. Some of the technicians have been there awhile, so you do have some familiar faces to comfort you.
In short, if you don't mind the rotation and ultimate turnover, you can count on great care, no matter who you work with. But, if you bond with someone over time, and you want a long-term relationship, just be aware it may not work out that way. Will continue to use them and we have never been disappointed.
