This is not a great location. Everything here seems to be crammed into about half the space it should be. The cardio equipment is run down. The treadmill I was on had a broken TV, no heart monitor, and it bounced around while I was running. I noticed later than a few of the other treadmills were bouncing as people used them.
The weights and machines are crammed in together as close as possible and there's few of them. For machines, there is basically only ones that are part of Goodlife's 20 minute circuit. In the free weights area there is generally just one of each weight, with a few exceptions.
The worst part of this gym is the locker rooms. I guess that's what you can call the closet they have installed lockers and toilets into. There is one bench. ONE. This leads to quite an issue when you have 5 guys in the locker room at the same time as I experienced. It was very difficult to get changed and put everything in a locker without having to try to get around someone. Judging by the number of ladies I saw going into the locker room only to grab their jacket or purse and not actually showering or changing, I can assume the ladies locker room is just as "quaint".
