  • 2 stars after a week of no results. I called WHASN 4 times over 7 days. 3 times the operator transferred my call to my PA Ms. Hendricks and on my last effort call was transferred to the office manager. Each time I left a message, but for my effort I received no response. I ended up moving on to another respected OBGYN in town. My prescription was due and needed to refilled. About 7 days prior to my attempts, my pharmacy called and informed me that all 3 of their attempts to reach Ms. Hendrix had failed and they asked me to reach out...so I did...but after I failed to receive even a call back, I gave up...and decided that I would be moving on. I am sure we all have struggles in life, but how would you shine though those struggles?...only by committing to be present either with yourself or others who you interact with...and WHASN failed to this point in every regard. This most recent experience, or lack there of, was not worthy of more than one star. The two stars represents the fact that I had received satisfactory experiences in the past when I was able to make an appointment. -2017 Review #23-
