  • I've gone through 5 other primary care doctors in the area - all being astoundingly awful at their jobs in one way or another. Fountains Family Care is the first place I've found that isn't just good but actually feels like a positive experience rather than just "not terrible". It's great and one of the only medical places I've been to that I don't feel anxious about going to. The front staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I have yet to actually see Dr. Le himself but they tell you outright your appointment will be with a PA and ask if you'd prefer the Dr - who you CAN see but it will definitely mean waiting a lot longer to actually get seen. Most places tell you the appointment is with the doctor, then you show up and SURPRISE it's actually a PA or NP. I appreciated them letting me know ahead of time, it's not a huge deal especially here, but it's just a nice thing most don't bother with. As for the PAs themselves, once have I had an issue with them, the two I've been seen by are both fantastic (Jill and one other whose name I sadly do not remember, sorry!) and clearly know what they are doing. They're efficient and multitask a lot between patients, but once they're in the room with you they are completely focused on helping you with whatever your problem is and either figuring it out and solving it or making it easy for you to see someone who can as soon as possible. This place is fast too. Not only do you never have to wait in the lobby, but if you get a referral some place they'll have already faxed the papers over TO THAT PLACE within the same day - I've gotten 4 referrals from here in the past few months and every single time the place they referred me to called me the very next day letting me know they got the referral and helped me set up an appointment. They are fantastic and absolutely the best doctors office in the entire area and finally after constantly having to change my PCP I found one I not only feel comfortable with but know I'm actually getting the care I need from for a multitude of issues that have been stacking up for years thanks to terrible doctors. *This is for the Dobson office. I assume both offices are of the same quality but I felt like I should mention I've only been to this one.
