  • I have been a member for just over three months so I have spent a fare share of time here but today is the last. First get used to using their app to check in because if you don't you will be waiting and waiting and waiting some more some days. I however don't use the app I just go and check in and wait lol. Second the stylus I have had never really had a connection with just meaningless chatter same old stuff how's your weekend any plans blah blah blah. Ok fine not a deal breaker but they could at least smile when you walk in the door and say hello and pretend to be happy to see you. But they don't it's like walking into a small office and everyone is straight faced and whispers. Third I swear they don't look or remember what you came in for I pay for a wash and cut because I hate those little hairs that seem to get over you after you leave so when I check in I click wash and cut yet 3 times I didn't get a wash and I'm not one to say hey, I'm paying for a wash too. I also tip at least 12.00 every time so you think they would at least remember the hair cut or if you get a wash lol. Number four if you do happen to get a wash the chairs absolutely suck the most uncomfortable chair I ever sat in Go here and try it out for yourself if you don't believe me. Being new to the area I was really disappointed in this place and I makes me really miss my old place back home. I just left after 3 people came in after me and got called up, so that is the last straw for me time to find a new place.
