| - first of all, the quality of the fish/food, is one of the best i've seen in the entire valley....i moved to phx from the coast, where i would go to the dock and pick out my own fish, so i know what fresh/good fish is! the staff is incredibly nice and accomodating...i think the bad reviews come from people who want to just get in there and EAT, not DINE! there is a BIG difference!!! sushi is supposed to be a 'tapas'/european type of DINING EXPERIENCE (2 key words!), where you take your time, order appetizers, wine/cocktails, then slowly build from there....it is NOT a wham, bam, thank-you ma'am, shove food down my throat, and not be hungry anymore, experience......to all the people considering this, please take note! and the food is incredibly fresh/VERY high quality.....AND best of all!- it is FUN, INNOVATIVE, ORIGINAL (referring to the Signature rolls on the back of the menu), and reasonably priced!......finally, it doesn't bother me one bit, that every staff person i've seen so far, is EXTREMELY easy on the eyes!!!
