  • This review is based on my experience with the Total Rewards Center--their service was awful! We aren't high rollers and hadn't been there for 2 years but the wait to get a card renewed was almost 45 minutes! We were there to pick up Elton John tickets and decided to gamble a bit and perhaps eat. I was so frustrated by the time I left the counter that I couldn't wait to get out of there and I certainly wasn't going to have dinner there after the show! Terrible customer service.
