  • Order: Macarons (Green Tea and Strawberry), Green Tea This place is small, quaint, cute, and tucked away in a corner of one of the Distillery buildings. For a patisserie, in short, I found it somewhat disappointing since the selection of authentic and eye appealing desserts were limited in number. But I didn't let that stop me from trying their Macarons - my all time most favorite French pastry. Judging this place just based on the macarons, I would be in a stifler in saying you should not get your hopes you and start looking for another bakery now. The macarons tasted average at best, but flavor was lacking and the cookie itself crumbled instantly at one touch. Sorry, I've had much better for the same price. [Pros] + nice, quiet area to sit and chat over tea and cakes if you've been walking around for a while [Cons] - small selection - tea was pricey for hot water and bagged tea - macarons were mediocre at best and only two flavors to choose from - poor selection of other cakes/pastries - pastries themselves were not so amazing aesthetically (you eat with your eyes first right?)
