  • May 2016 Update: We're selling our Las Vegas house and the buyer's inspector noticed rust stains beneath the A/C condensate drain pipes. Bond HVAC tested the pressure on both A/C units and confirmed that the pipes were not clogged ("You would have had a rusty ceiling leak") and both were functioning normally. We had low refrigerant last summer (had some added) that's what likely caused rusty water to drip from the pipes. So no big repair bill, just a house call to confirm that the A/C units are fine! I highly recommend BOND HVAC.
