  • Only giving it 2 stars because Myisha(sorry if I butchered the spelling) really helped me out when I moved out. I'll start from the beginning. I was a resident there for over a year and a few months in my AC went out in July...it was 88 degrees is my apartment. Went into the office to put in a request. It never got relayed to maintenance. It took 4 days to get someone to even come look at it. When they did the plug blew and smoked my apartment. The guy said he would replace it but asked if he could go to lunch first. I was leaving so I said sure. Came back from work and it had not been replaced. I was livid. Went in right as they opened the next day. The best the could do was give me a swamp cooler. After over a week they finally got it fixed and management did nothing. I let it go..until Christmas. Most places notify you if you have a package and for the most part this place was good with mail and letting us know when the office had something for us but I had package delivered on the Monday before Christmas. I called they said they had nothing. Tuesday same thing. I tried to go in Christmas Eve day but that morning they posted they were closing early for the holiday. What? No notices posted around the complex about holiday hours until the morning of? Come on...I went in the 26th and asked them if I had a package. The girl was nasty and said I don't know let me look. I followed her to the room and in a nasty attitude she said this may take awhile. I pointed to a big ups box that I knew was mine. She said I should have come in Monday...at that point I was like excuse me? I called Monday and they said nothing was here. The people in that office are horrible and rude. Fast forward to 30 days before my lease is up and I thought it was odd that I hadn't received any sort of notice to renew or giving me options for rent. Myisha was very apologetic about the office after I called the office and spoke to Courtney who basically told me it was my fault and I would be charged all the penalties . Myisha helped me out a lot. Sad she is only there part time because that office could use someone as helpful and kind as her. It's sad I left on a bitter note because they are not bad apartments and the dog park is an added bonus. Wouldn't recommend until management works on friendliness and communication with residents. I'd like to take a star away. This morning I received a phone call from a girl in the office telling me my lease was up and I needed to renew. Are you kidding me?!? I turned my keys in and gave them my forwarding address and checklist over a week ago! How is it possible that they are that disorganized that they call a previous tenant who had issues not given any sort of notice or options for a lease renewal, to come and renew...this place is a JOKE!
