  • Although I have not received my dress yet, I must write about their wonderful customer service and my experience! I arrived about a quarter after the store opened last Sunday without an appointment, and was greeted with a friendly smile from two girls at the counter. The consultant (Rachel) asked her manager if she could assist me and the manager approved so we were on our way to look at dresses. I gave her about two requirements that my dress must have and she pulled many dresses to try, all of which were great! Long story short, another girl wouldn't get out of a dress that I had my eye on For the past two weeks and my appt time ran out. But I really wanted to try on this last dress. Rachel offered to have me come back and try it on an hour later. We met back up and she had the dress waiting for us. And what do you know, it was THE dress. I would recommend not only Schaffer's, but also request Rachel if you're going in. She listened, knew the product, and had awesome customer service.
