What could be worse then the wait at the DMV? Marry it with the experience of buying a used car and you have THIS Verizon store. Changing my phone plan was nothing less then torture. I waited for what seemed like an eternity on a weeknight at about 4pm. Then when I finally get a customer service rep he kept running to the back "to talk to his manager" about different plans he could offer me and kept trying to get me to buy things I didn't want or need. He told me I was "boring" for not wanting a tablet....excuse you?!? And that I should pay for my husbands cell phone plan too...here's a tip for you buddy.. mind you're own F*ing business! I know this is going to shock you, but after all was said and done, the cell phone plan he set me up with was still wrong. I called customer service the next day, got an awesome representative that took care of everything in less then 10 minutes. Moral of the story, avoid going into the store at all costs and call Verizon directly if you can.
