This is the worst company ever. If you're thinking about doing business with them, save yourself some frustration and time and find someone else.
I have had years of experience with this company because this was the company my former boss used. If you pay their unreasonable service agreement fee, you might get some service. Otherwise, be prepared to pay for every little thing.
We ended our contract two years ago because they were trying to overcharge us even though we had a service agreement.
Fast forward to today, the same copier we bought from them stopped working and I was naive enough to call AIS to give them my business. I was proposed an on-site service call but the representative suggested a better solution, which is to remote in to resolve the problem, at a third of the on-site service cost. I agreed to it.
An hour later, I got a call from them asking for my credit card information charging me the on-site service. I told them that's incorrect. Their excuse is, we have to charge you for the on-site because the issue will unlikely to be resolved by remote in and will likely be a full hour. What???!
I will never use this company ever again and advise against them.
