  • I walked in to this store on 9-17-14 to by a new battery. I saw 2 people in the office laughing about something on their computer, the asst. mgr. reading off an invoice over the phone, and another guy walking out of the stock room. My wife and I waited 12 minutes at the counter untill the guy who was on the phone convinced me he was the rudist person I have ever met. We grabbed our battery and went to Autozone where we were treated great. We will be Autozone customers for life, and will no longer step foot in to a Napa store again. You should send your Mgr. over to Autozone to learn about customer service.
