Agree with the previous reviews. Every single word. My son got his braces put on there about three years ago so we're kind of stuck with them. When we first started going everything was fine except for one very rude person at the front desk. But then the wait time got to be so long and it's very difficult to get appointments at the times that you need or even to reschedule an appointment. When we first started going if his appointment was at 3:30 we were seen within 15 minutes now we have to wait 45 minutes to an hour sometimes longer. Over the years I have also had rude treatment from the front desk people - they always seem to have an attitude; as if you (the person paying their salaries) is a inconvenience. I've had to put them in their place a few times. It's ridiculous and I actually get anxious just walking in there. The customer service at this place has definitely gone downhill. Thank God I don't have any additional children who need braces because if I did we wouldn't be going here.
