  • I've scheduled an appointment with Brittany twice. The first time she changed my appointment the day of and when I asked if a different time was okay she didn't respond and so I didn't go in. She then text me and said I should have come in because she was ready and waiting and blamed it on me even though I never heard back from her. Then, I scheduled another appointment a month later and I walked in and waited for 20 minutes before finally asking her if I still had an appointment today. She said I wasn't on her schedule (although I have the text to prove the appointment) and basically said she couldn't fit me in and couldn't do anything about it. The work of hers I've seen is great but she is just extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
