  • After the old service team was completely replaced about 6 months ago this place has really gone down hill. We brought our TSX in for service and they didn't complete the job properly. Of course we had to come back and then no problem we will fix it and use your warranty. This happened several times. We never had any problem with our car until we took it here. I don't trust the maintenance department because I caught them lying about what was done and what needed to be done after going to Acura of the west. I recommend going to them or Hondatronics for maintenance. Beware!
