  • I would like to rate Dr. Moffitt and ARMS 5 stars for multiple reasons. The most important reason, I got two miracle babies out of them. My first appt with Dr. Moffitt was very informative. He talked with us about the procedures as well as looked at past procedures preformed by other Dr's to see what our best bet would be. After we decided to go straight into IVF (we were told by other doctors that that is where we would have the best shot as well) it was a pretty fast process. During my appointments, the nurses remembered which arm was best for blood draws, and I got to see Moffitt just about every appointment. Communication between me and my nurse was done via email as I worked during their office hours. It was very convenient for me. I started my shots in February and I was pregnant with my twins by June. I had two frozen egg transfers. The first one failed with one embryo, but the second resulted in twins where we transferred two and both stuck. Dr. Moffitt and his staff know what they are doing and are very aware of what us couples with infertility struggle with. At my failed transfer, I felt the support from both Moffitt and my nurse. They gave me the option to take a small break or jump right into the next. They never forced me to do anything I didn't want to do and were supportive 100% of the way. I could not thank them enough for all they did to get me my twins. Thank you Moffitt and team, you guys are amazing!
