| - I am glad I chose CarePro, and bet you will be too!
I have a small dog that I adopted about a month ago. As good as he has been walking before and after work, he has struggled to not pee in the house while I am gone a full work day - poor guy. This started okay, but really got frustrating after a while once I started to have a clear odor problem and a lot of spotting that tracked all over and starting looking horrible. I was worried that it was something that might not be treatable. It seemed too far gone.
After reviewing Yelp for awhile, I gathered a short list of well reviewed options. I was hoping to have the carpets cleaned on a Saturday with no notice and realized that might be challenging. I settled in on CarePro first as one of the really highly rated options that specifically mentioned having pet stain and order treatment options.
I sent out an email really late Friday night asking to let me know if there was any availability the next day. I immediately forgot about it expecting to maybe hear back by mid-morning the next day if I was lucky (or not at all like my prior attempt). My phone beeped a minute later to let me know I had an e-mail. It seemed odd for how late it was. I took a look and was shocked to see a courteous reply from CarePro letting me know of a time they could be available the next day, a ballpark estimate, and letting me know that they would "certainly appreciate my business". That was a first, and very clear, sign that CarePro is serious about its business and about great customer service. At that point, I knew I didn't need to bother contacting the other places on my short list.
The following morning, CarePro gave me a courteousy call about an hour before my scheduled time to confirm. They showed up and were friendly and asked a few questions to better understand what I was looking for. We settled on carpet cleaning plus some added pet stain and odor control work.
They clearly knew what they were doing and had a several step process that was very thorough. I couldn't believe it, but I watched as every single dark spot came up quickly using an incredibly effective and heavy duty looking machine with their pet treatment solution. They then continued with a second pass over the whole place using a different machine that seemed to use high-pressure steam and suction. This was followed buy a third pass of a spray and what looked like a thorough yet gentle raking of the carpet.
Once CarePro was finished, I was shocked at what I was smelling. I feared/expected to still be able to smell the strong urine order with some other strong flowery odors fighting to overpower it. What I smelled was the very different. It was a subtle but very convincing clean - like you just took a fresh shower kind of clean. I tried to detect the urine smell and was literally unable to whatsoever. Wow - very impressed!
I don't usually leave reviews this long, but I wanted to share how frustrated I was with my carpet situation, how worried I was about the odor problem, and then how pleasantly surprised I was at how effectively CarePro was able to remedy it all. I wish I could be impressed beyond my expectations like this more often! Well done.
