  • Du-par's Restaurant & bakery located at Las Vegas' most historic hotel and casino, the Golden Gate Hotel and Casino. Since we weren't hungry for a meal, just ordered their famous Shrimp cocktail $3.99 ... It was fresh and crisp with a mild sauce. Did you know that in 1991 Golden Gate celebrated the sale of its 25 millionth shrimp cocktail? I wonder what the numbers now? I like to try their other breakfast items, like their fluffy pancakes, or some of their pastries ... the peach or strawberry pie looks good ... Perhaps some other time ...
