| - Ladies and gents, I can attest without hesitation that all the good reviews about Aces & Ales are true. It would be superfluous to underline the same noteworthy qualities this unique bar has, but as the saying goes, "repetition is the mother of learning", so here goes:
Off the beaten path location that only adds to charisma of the place...check! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff...check! Hearty choices of food perfect to accompany beer...check! But, first and foremost...prime and diverse selection of craft beers that you can't find anywhere else in Las Vegas...double check!
As the incomparable Shakespeare would say "A quart of Ale is a dish for a King!" and this adage does not go to waste at Aces & Ales!
However, all things being equal, I want to add something that has not been previously mentioned. From my own point of view, the secret weapon of Aces & Aces lies with the magnificent server Debra. When there was no food, she personally served us her amazing stuffed artichokes! They are so unequivocally succulent and sinfully delicious that they should definitely be on the menu! When our glasses were almost empty, she was quick to suggest other beer options based on our previous choices! When we felt like sharing stories, she was a perfect listener. Debra was attentive without being intrusive, the most distinctive quality a bartender should possess. She made us feel at home without being regulars! I have to give this shout out to her because she made the whole afternoon truly wonderful for us!
When you go to Aces & Ales, you get more than a buzz, you get an unforgettable and unique Las Vegas experience. Was it Edgar Allan Poe that said:"What care I how time advances, I am drinking ale today"? Well, I say, "What care I how time advances, I am drinking at Aces & Ales today!"
