  • Just tell Ron he has a good reputation - he'll go silent for a minute and start ranting. I was sold a GE fridge for 800 dollars. When I was ready to pick up the fridge it supposedly had been scrapped. I had to come up with an additional 1000 dollars for a similar fridge I found out later the fridge was 13 years old instead of the ten year old model I had bought for the 800!. Product was delivered with missing parts and a leaking ice maker and rusting parts on the back. They tried to deliver the unit pieces which they'd leave in a heap which I wasn't ok with. Then the owner made me go to the bank with him to cash my check. I paid a total of 1800 for what I had agreed to buy for 800. I wanted to trust the guy. Stupidly I sent a pair of washer dryers for repair at western appliance so I could receive them repaired with my 'new' refrigerator - western appliance took them and said ok ! When I returned they claimed my washer dryer also had to be scrapped out because they were not good anymore - so I lost the pair of washer dryers too. There are a lot of reviews online about western appliance. And a BBB rating of f. I wish I had checked online before getting screwed.
