  • The service here was so wonderful! Mark was incredibly helpful. I went here because my watch was literally stuck on my wrist. There was something wrong with the clasp and I couldn't get it off!! I went to Nordstrom's where the watch was purchased and they were unable to help me and instead directed me here. Thank goodness they did. Mark was able to get the watch off my wrist and un-jam the clasp!! To top it all of, they didn't even charge me for the assistance. I'll be coming here for all my watch and jewelry repair needs- truly excellent customer service.
