I went here for dim sum with my sister and a friend on a weekday morning. We had a number of dishes: shumai, har gao, cheun fan with shrimp, char siu bao, taro puffs, and a few others that I was too stuffed to sample. I was surprised that the baked char siu bao had a sugary coating on top, something that was new to me, but since I have a sweet palate I enjoyed it. Otherwise, I would say the quality and variety is comparable to restaurants in Chinatown, and even with over-ordering and having left-overs to take home the price was reasonable.
There is free parking in the lot, however you'll want to get there early if you don't want to be driving around and waiting for a spot to open up (easily the worse part of going there).
