This gym served its purpose for a couple years... It has all of the essentials, and its not really ever busy, which is nice. You never have to wait for equipment.
However, there are no classes. Their equipment isn't the best. They don't actually have a lot of equipment. And they have the most ridiculous cancellation "policy" ever. I've been trying to cancel for a month now.
My husband and I both had a membership here. I cancelled mine first, and had no issues. Then we built a home gym and my husband wanted to cancel his too. We were told that we had to write a letter stating we would like to cancel our membership and mail it in. When we asked for the address to mail the letter to, they gave us THEIR ADDRESS! What the?!!? You can't cancel my membership when I am right here in front of you? Instead, you want to waste my time and money by having me mailing in a letter that I felt ridiculous writing by the time... to your own address. Ridiculous. Mail in the key or you'll be charged $20 extra. And your membership won't end for a month after they receive the letter so they can charge you one last time. Oh and that's IF they "receive" your cancellation letter- they mysteriously seem to get lost. Funny enough, your key gets lost with that first letter too. Just all a scam.
I'd rather be with a large chain gym. It's cheaper and they offer a variety of equipment and classes. Plus their cancellation policies are clear and consistent.
