  • Bad. Then good. Bad - Very outdated, old room. They say its new in their book thing but it really isnt. The furniture is old. The carpet is old as can be. The blankets have wholes in them and stains. The duvet...well..don't sleep with it, they are never washed, I know this since I work in hotels, they're always reused no matter where you stay. I took apart the room to search for dirtyness and found non besides the duvet. IF YOU WANT CONDITIONER...they do not have it. Only shampoo with conditioner in it and body lotion. The body soap leaves your skin very dry. IF YOU ARE TALL..GOOD LUCK. There are two wooden beams that are very low so your head will be hit or you will crouch a little. No elevators. Only stairs. Good - Room service is very quick. Less then 10 min for anything at any time of the day. Their tv is ok, 18 channels, ok quality. The bed is comfortable if you like firm beds. Clean room. Vending and ice machines on each floor. The staff is very nice and pleasent. The restaurant food was ok, not the bed i've had but not bad. The lobby was nice, clean, different and unique, had a bistro, bar, restaurant, and marriage thing. Do to the fact it was on the side of a mountain i wasnt expecting it to be a 5 star hotel. Thought it would be nicer but not 5 star. Exterior is a bit..ugly.
