Stopped into the restaurant to dodge the rain a couple weeks ago...and was a little underwhelmed. The resort itself seems a little outdated, with wear and tear showing on all textiles, chairs, etc. Lunch itself was very mediocre...too much mayonnaise on an overly cooked 'panino' with cheap bread. For $70 for two without any alcoholic beverages, it felt a little greedy on their part. Compared to the Scottsdale Fairmont...no comparison. Service staff were inattentive, and I just that sense that they know they are on the decline. It was a sad thing to experience, and I really hoped that it was going to the opposite experience due to the brand name.
