  • Great customer service but horrible lines. Their text method is also wildly inaccurate which is the main reason for the low stars. It doesn't really help you figure out when your turn is because it's always off! It says 30 minutes, 30 minutes go by, and it says 34 minutes! WTH!? There has to be a better way...
