  • My wife was 2 minutes late for her appointment and the desk staff told her, she would need to cancel one of her treatments. When she arrived on time in the past, she had wait 8-10 minutes to start her treatment. Apparently, when the client is a few minutes late, they can't accommodate you, but when they're late, it's ok. There are other waxing salons that provide the same services. In the future, we'll patronize those establishments.
