  • Beware if you getting any controlled substances here. May wife had surgery and after her procedure I quickly went to get her pain meds and antibiotics filled. After returning home with, I realized they didn't give me her pain meds. I immediately went back with the sealed bag and receipt to notify them of their error. The pharmacy tech argued that she gave them to me even though they were not on my receipt. I demanded to talk to the store manager. They said they showed that someone picked them up via the drive through. I then demanded to see the receipt of the purchase to compare the card used and I also wanted to view the cc video of who stole my wife's meds. They refused to show the "other" receipt since it may have personal information on it and the said the surveillance videos angle does not show cars but rather just the cashier. They did admit they saw the pharmacy-tech scan the medication in the video and hand it to someone in the drive through. We had to contact buckeye PD to report an ID theft due to the situation. Only after the Buckeye PD showed up to investigate did they refill the meds.
