People are right about this place.
Pharmacy customer service is the worst. The person with the worst and least helpful customer service is: HELEN- she acted like she didn't even wanna be there and you could tell she just wanted to go home. She wasn't nice or helpful and she didn't even greet people. She just had this smirky attitude on her face (that screamed, I don't wanna be here). When I asked her a question about my perscription being transferred and verified, she acted and said out loud to me while she waved me away and said " I don't know what your talking about." Although she knows exactly if she worked there that the transferred perscription not only have to not be on hold anymore so the currently Pharmacy can fill it and it also has to be verified to be filled!
Anyways, the real story is I had some
Problems with the Perscription cause it was sent from another CVS location and they couldn't transfer it. Called both cVS locations and both kept telling me they were doing things and which the one location who was supposed to transfer it, didn't do it correctly. It was a mess calling each one and then being out on hold each time
He most helpful person is: SEAN!!! Thank god she was here, her bubbly attitude made me stay or else I would have left. She helped me call the other location around 5:10 even though she was off at 5! What a dedicated worker and employee! She deserves a raise. Also the other lady told me to wait 1 hour for my Prescriptions. Sean got me in and out in less than 10 min even with 6 other people there.
