  • So disappointed in Puff and Fluff. I used to take my pup since I got him and now the last 3 times I took him it has been bad service to worst. The worst experience was the very last time I took him. I asked for nails trim, teddy bear face, glands trimmed and paws. And nothing was done to him. I'm not a person who complains at the service when it first happens because I understand not always is going to be perfect but seriously the last time was on my nerves! Nothing absolutely nothing was done to him and I know whoever the woman in charge upfront and the groomer did not do a good job how irresponsible and unprofessional. They offered to take my pup again and give me back my money but it's not about that it's about me trusting your service. I won't be taking my pup again here and also always hearing the dogs cry and bark and not knowing what goes behind the doors. Want to find a place where I see what they're doing to my pup and what goes on.
