  • Where do I start? Communication. Very key when addressing customer service. Haim (the owner) was awesome delivering the satisfaction of this client by sending a text message to confirm the appointment, as well as sending a message when en route to the house. Big or small, these guys will get the job done. I had a small to medium task(s) to be taken care of and no problem. In case you're not aware, some handymen will decline to come to do the job if it's a small one. You can imagine the time, effort, and gas to drive to the destination, especially if it is a far or out of the way. But no, Haim came out and exceeded expectations. Very reasonably quoted and couldn't be any happier with the job he did. I'd give 6+ stars if I could. Will definitely keep this business in mind when needing any house related work done.
