  • So I came to this location because I was in the area and was way from the one I signed up at... (Central Phoenix) My teller was extremely nice helpful and patient . He was helping me figure out why my card was being declined (it has funds) to put it in Apple iCloud ... Anyways so the problem was my postal code was all 99999 when it should've been 85014 ... Another teller came up and asked the young man that was helping me, what was the hold up. He answered that my postal code was wrong and was trying to fix it ... She told him the he shouldn't be doing that , that's the other teller who originally signed me up to fix the problem... The young man was so polite and nice he brushed her comment off and proceed to fix the issue... How is that customer service?? She was some black hair light skinned woman very thin ... I hope she gets in trouble for making me feel I unwelcome and awkward...
