  • Re location: City Optical - 102 Eglinton Square, Toronto, ON M1L 2K1 Manager is terrible, no sense of humor, horrible customer service person. Should not be an employee there. Thinks she is QUEEN even tho she is an employee herself. I went to pick up glasses as per voice mail. When arrived the sales rep I dealt with was busy so she asked the mgr to help. A total bitch!! She asked who the glasses were for.. I jokingly said who else could they be for -- me. She went enraged at which she was insulting to me and said moronic shit at which I called her stupid. This ensued in a yelling match. Pretty funny actually to see how arrogant and self centred some people are. Catherine is the only sales rep that knows anything and understands customer service. This mgr, believe her name is Angela is a twat. Do not deal with her... better yet go somewhere else. Getting her irked up was deserved!! LOLz.
