  • Where do I start. I made an appointment to get my solar panals screened up and the lady said if I pay in full she will take $20 dollars off my bill of $720. Sure sounded like a good deal. Well they missed my appointment and when I finally got ahold of the 2 days after they missed the appointment the lady said the job was completed. I assured her it wasn't so she sent someone out the next day. The screens are installed but part of the bill was a $140 cleaning fee. The cleaning looked like it wasn't done. So I called back and the same lady said we can't get 100% of the roof clean but she will send someone back to take a look. When I got home I noticed a black garbage bag thrown on the side of my house. I opened yo bag and it was half full of bird crap, nests, dead birds, etc. I gave them 1 star because they did what I paid for but it took me calling them to remind them they missed my appointment, didn't do the job right the first time and through the garbage on the side of my house. I really wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
