| - I picked up my car today at the Audi Las Vegas on Sahara. We suspected the battery had died so it was towed yesterday and brought here.
I purchased a brand new car here September of 2016, my battery died yesterday. The car was towed from my home garage thanks to Audi Roadside Assistance, I was there to witness the towing process, the gentleman never once stepped into the passenger side of the car.
Back to picking up my car today, it was fixed, new battery, awesome! That is until I noticed a few oily hand prints in my interior, on the passenger's side, which led me to question their attention to detail when handling customer cars.
Whoever is handling these cars, please be more observant or facilitate better training sessions for your staff so situations like these don't arise.
Also, there is no courtesy vehicle anymore. The brand new battery that came with this car decided to die in one year, I explained my situation to them and let them know I currently had family in the hospital two hours away and I needed a loaner. They said there were no loaners and the shuttle service is all they had, from 7 AM to 6 PM. No empathy, nothing they could do about them selling me a brand new car with a faulty battery.
